Unattended 24/7 wash bays
A double-sided self-service station turns forecourt space into round-the-clock revenue with no staff on site. The cabinet is weatherproof stainless steel, takes cashless payment and reports to you remotely.
Four kinds of site where an unattended wash bay pays for itself, and what each one needs.
One unit is enough to start. Your logo drawn to size within 2 working days.
Every machine is tested at our production base before it ships. On site it needs three connections — water, drain and power — and after that it runs on its own, taking payment without staff. We ship worldwide. Below are the four site types our buyers choose most often.

A double-sided self-service station turns forecourt space into round-the-clock revenue with no staff on site. The cabinet is weatherproof stainless steel, takes cashless payment and reports to you remotely.

A self-service wash station at the front of the salon earns walk-in revenue outside booked appointments, while electric-lift bathtubs and grooming tables keep the working area fast. Cashless payment and a multi-language interface are available.

A wash bay gives a pet store a weekly reason to visit rather than a monthly one, and wet dogs never reach the retail floor. It takes payment itself, so it costs no staff time, and a prepaid membership brings the same owners back.

Beside a car wash or at a campground, a dog wash uses the water and drainage already on site, so there is very little groundwork to pay for. The outdoor cabin version is built to run unattended all year round.
Three connections, and a footprint smaller than a parking bay. Nothing here calls for a contractor drawing.
The standard inlet adapts to mains water pressure in any market, so no booster or pressure kit is normally needed.
Waste water connects to a drain you already have. The machine adapts to a 40 mm or a 50 mm downpipe.
Every machine is wired to your local supply voltage. A twin unit needs more capacity, which we confirm before production.
Footprint — single tub 2000 × 630 × 1920 mm, double tub 3060 × 630 × 1920 mm.
Upkeep — about two short visits a week: clear the hair filter, rinse the tub, wipe the stainless steel down.
Payment — Nayax cashless is fitted as standard. If your site already runs a different payment system, ask us — we have fitted alternatives before.
Filmed at our production base in Shunde, Foshan. Temperature-controlled rinse, shampoo mixed and diluted automatically, conditioner, a blow dry at body temperature so nothing gets burned, then a sanitizing cycle for the tub — the same five steps a customer runs on site.

Our catalogue grows out of what buyers actually ask for. Three recent examples — each started as a one-off request, and is now something we build for other markets too.
Every OEM project starts the same simple way. You send one file; our design studio does the rest, before anything goes to the production line.
One vector or high-resolution file is enough — like this:

Within 2 working days: photo renders of your machine, plus dimensioned decal drawings for every panel — ready for print and future re-orders.
Indoor station renderYour colours on panels, fascia and sides
Outdoor cabin renderSame identity across glass and frame
Dimensioned decal drawingsEvery sticker measured, panel by panel
Livery is applied during fabrication on the line, not as an afterthought — so every unit ships retail-ready.

Functions, style, dimensions — a rough sketch or a competitor link is enough to start.
